The future is relational.

The future is relational.

Turning collective wisdom into meaningful social change.

A platform developing collective wisdom as a tool for meaningful social change through relational leadership courses, a community of practice and a collaboration marketplace.

Why now?

We are living through a period of compounding crises, as climate, economic, geopolitical, technological and social transformations increasingly reinforce one another.

In a world shaped by AI, polarization and information overload, distinctly human capabilities are becoming increasingly important: trust, cooperation, responsibility, listening, critical thinking and the ability to create shared meaning.

These are not soft skills. They are the infrastructure of social change.

The scale of the crisis of connection is already clear:

How QCW works

We bring together knowledge, competency development and collaboration.

01

Knowledge base

Case studies, research, tools and proven practices in relational leadership, narratives, cooperation and social resilience.

02

Assessment

Tools that help individuals and organizations recognize their own competencies, needs, barriers and readiness to develop and collaborate.

03

Development programs

Courses, workshops and learning processes that build narrative awareness, self-direction, collective wisdom and relational competencies.

04

Community of practice

A network of leaders and organizations that exchange experience, learn from one another and develop new ways of working together.

05

Collaboration marketplace

A space connecting social initiatives with experts, business partners, institutions, technology and sources of funding.

06

Implementation and partnerships

Pilots, projects and advisory processes that translate knowledge, competencies and new relationships into concrete action and measurable social impact.

Where we start

The first version of QCW consists of two elements:
a relational leadership course and a collaboration marketplace pilot.

COURSE

The relational leadership course is built on the Entuzjastki project — 100 in-depth conversations with women leading social change. From this material we are building a modular learning program: case studies, a model of key competencies, reflective exercises, self-assessment tools and development paths for people working in social change, collaboration and leadership.

MARKETPLACE

The marketplace pilot will include a curated base of initiatives, experts, organizations, institutions and funders: profiles of each, descriptions of their competencies, needs and areas of work, and a mechanism for connecting them around specific challenges, projects and collaboration opportunities.

The future is relational

The faster technology advances, the more important the human capacity to build connection, trust and cooperation becomes.

The foundations of QCW

QCW grew out of years of work with leaders, communities and processes of shared learning. One of its most important foundations is Entuzjastki — an initiative combining 100 conversations with women leading social change, broadcast on CANAL+, with a community built over years on Instagram and Facebook that now brings together more than 50,000 people.

QCW also grows out of co-creating the World Women Summit with the Germany-based Pocket Project Foundation, and out of Collective Wisdom: Cooking Up Solutions — a monthly meeting format in which leaders from different backgrounds search together for answers to the challenges ahead.

It was from these projects that the need emerged for a lasting platform combining knowledge, competency development, relationship building and concrete opportunities to collaborate.
