Entuzjastki
An original research and media project dedicated to Polish women working for the common good. It comprised 100 in-depth conversations, a series distributed by CANAL+ and a community of more than 50,000 people gathered around the project on social media.
Entuzjastki World
The international extension of the project, promoting the work of women leading social change from different parts of the world and showing solutions to contemporary challenges in the spirit of solutions journalism. Within Entuzjastki World we are building a consortium with NOVACT, Media Liberation Fund, Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art and Terytorium Kobiet, and preparing the Ukrainian edition of the project — Ukraïnky, devoted to social resilience and the role of Ukrainian women leaders in rebuilding democracy.
World Women Summit
An international summit co-created with the Germany-based Pocket Project Foundation, dedicated to women leaders working for peace, trust, community and agency in societies affected by polarization and collective trauma.
Collective Wisdom: Cooking Up Solutions
A monthly meeting format in which leaders from different sectors analyze social problems together and explore possible solutions. The project tests collective wisdom as a practical method for working across differing perspectives.
Quantum Collective Wisdom
QCW is the continuation of the knowledge and experience gathered in these projects. It brings together education, relational leadership, work with narratives, community development and technology in a platform supporting social resilience and collaboration.
Entuzjastki as the foundation of QCW
The first validated format from which QCW grows was Entuzjastki — a media and research project dedicated to women working for the common good. The name refers to the Entuzjastki, a pioneering nineteenth-century emancipation circle centered on Narcyza Żmichowska.
The project comprised 100 interviews with Polish women leading social change. The interviews were distributed as a series by CANAL+, and the project grew into a recognized brand and community of more than 50,000 people on Instagram and Facebook.
Entuzjastki showed that in-depth storytelling, leadership research and community building around social values can create meaningful space for visibility, trust and inspiration to act. The knowledge gathered in the project — the conversations, stories and lived experience — forms the basis of the relational leadership course, QCW’s first program.

We are developing the first version of the QCW platform — the relational leadership course and a collaboration marketplace pilot.

In parallel, within Entuzjastki World, we are building an international consortium with NOVACT, Media Liberation Fund, Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art and Terytorium Kobiet, and preparing the Ukraïnky project, devoted to social resilience and the role of Ukrainian women leaders in rebuilding democracy.
