We collect your personal data in two situations:

Newsletter (Quantum Collective Wisdom CIRCLE): if you subscribe, we ask for your name and email address, and we use them solely to send you information about our projects, events and initiatives.

Contact form: if you write to us through the form, we process your name, email address and the content of your message solely in order to respond to your enquiry.

Legal bases for processing:

Newsletter — your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any message or by contacting the controller. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

Contact form — our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and responding to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

We store your data for the newsletter until you withdraw your consent, or for a maximum of 24 months of inactivity (no messages opened); for the contact form, for the time needed to handle your enquiry and any related follow-up.

You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (the Polish supervisory authority).

We do not sell your data or share it with other entities for their own marketing purposes. Your data may be processed by technical service providers, such as hosting, email or newsletter services, solely to the extent necessary to provide those services.
